This is my version of handsome Kellan, a sculpt by the incredible Maissa Said.

He is produced and poured in silicone by Maria Lynn Grover.

Rooted by the master Lazara Brito.

And painted by me, KrisC from The Dainty Loft.

My Kellan is the Boy Prototype for the Silicone Edition.

Kellan is approximately 19.5 inches from head to heel with straightened legs (18-19 inches with bent legs) and weighs 7lb 6oz.

He is poured in one piece with Super Soft Blend silicone, making him soft and squishy.

He is a full-body, anatomically-correct silicone with armatures in his arms for greater pose-ability. Maissa has sculpted a detachable magnetic umbilical stump and I've painted it and clamped it for the 'just born' effect.

Kellan has a sculpted open mouth and a tongue. I've delicately painted and sealed everything inside to look real.  He can take a standard, newborn pacifier.

His hair is a light warm brown with a lighter hairline. Straight and thick and perfectly rooted by the incredible Lazara Brito. I adore this style on him!!! 

Kellan has been painted by me. I have worked hard to learn and achieve the best paint techniques out there. I use only the very best silicone paints. With this amazing paint, I have given him a rich newborn skin tone with mottling and subtle veins. Every inch of him has been painted, made to look like a breathing baby. Tiny details and dewy touches give this little man a spectacular look. 

I've given Kellan hand-applied eyebrows and rooted eyelashes and a hand-applied temple line.

I’ve even given him a tiny little face scratch. Just like a newborn!!!!

With a final layer of matting, his skin is not shiny or glossy like some silicones. His matting is STUNNING and he has the softest, silkiest skin EVER!

All of this is an EXTREMELY time-consuming process and is difficult to achieve this look.

Everything you see on this little guy is unique to him.

This makes him a one-of-a-kind and not to be repeated.

He will travel home with all his outfits shown in photos, along with a blanket, pacifier, care instructions and COA.
